We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional to join our growing team.
We are a South American-based technology company focused on Staff Augmentation and Projects Development. We are looking for a talented, energetic, and self-motivated Sales Executive in Toronto that manages a quick sales cycle.
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. Using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
Job Responsibilities
- To build new business and gain new clients
- Customer visits at client sites as required
- Seek, identify, follow up, and close sales on leads and opportunities that have been provided
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
- Organize appointments for sales
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Monitor status of orders to ensure delivery timelines are on track
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Qualifications
- Sales experience in the IT field, hardware, and software
- Experience providing successful corporate sales environment
- Success with customer proposals and presentations to all levels of executive leadership
- Strong Office tools abilities
- A winning positive attitude
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
This position is 100% commission based initially and uncapped commission.
