We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional to join our growing team.

We are a South American-based technology company focused on Staff Augmentation and Projects Development. We are looking for a talented, energetic, and self-motivated Sales Executive in Toronto that manages a quick sales cycle.

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. Using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with new and existing customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • To build new business and gain new clients
  • Customer visits at client sites as required
  • Seek, identify, follow up, and close sales on leads and opportunities that have been provided
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
  • Organize appointments for sales
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Monitor status of orders to ensure delivery timelines are on track
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers


  • Sales experience in the IT field, hardware, and software
  • Experience providing successful corporate sales environment
  • Success with customer proposals and presentations to all levels of executive leadership
  • Strong Office tools abilities
  • A winning positive attitude
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

This position is 100% commission based initially and uncapped commission.
